4 month checkup - a few days early

Brayden had his four month checkup today. After 4 shots, a lot of screaming, he's doing fairly well. Here's the vital stats:

• 15 lbs 3 oz. (65th percentile)
• 26 inches (88th percentile)
• head size 43 cm (75th percentile)

He's wearing 6-12 month outfits now and has reached the lenght limit on his infant carrier.

The perfect pumpkin...

It's harvest time and this weekend, we headed out to Sauvie Island and the pumpkin patch.


Here we are with Susan and Darren and their two boys Nick and Josh.


But first, we take a hayride out to the pumpkin patch.


It's kinda bumpy along the way...


But there are lots of pumpkins to choose from...


And some extra "help" to carry them back to the tractor...


Time to pick up some farm fresh produce too...




but in the end, we found the perfect pumkin...

We stopped by Babies R Us last weekend and looked at this exact same saucer. They were charging something like 60 bucks for it. Teresa found it at the Portland area twins sale this weekend for less than half.




After a little soap and water, Brayden doesn't seem to mind too much.

Due to the many problems with Comcast's Personal Web Pages, I've been forced to look for alternatives. I'm going to give the good folks at blogger.com a try for awhile. Let me know what you think.
